This piece of fan productivity is a meme taken from the popular show Friends. This out of context picture and quote from one of the main characters was put with a question about the reader's life situation. It was created to give the reader comfort about their uncomfortable life situation. This artifact is one of many memes created from this show, since it is so popular. The person who made this obviously has watched the show, or this episode, enough times to interpret this character's, Ross Geller, reaction to this hypothetical question. The person who made also has to resonate with having an uncomfortable life situation, as they would mot have had the idea to make this meme in the first place. This television show is based around a group of friends and their struggles in their personal and professional lives, and how they are there for each other. Many people who enjoy this show have faced these issues, and enjoy the comical spin on how to solve these issues. This fandom is filled with people of many ages, but primarily the millennial and Generation Z age group. The characters are about this age in the show, so it is younger people with problems watching younger people with problems on the television. I began watching friends when I was a young child, because it come on Nickelodeon late at night and I would wake up to it on the television. I can't say I was the biggest fan of this show, because I was too young to understand the humor. When I got older and it began to trend online, I did find it much more amusing because I understood the plot and characters much more. I also enjoy this show because I can watch the people on the show have issues, and that makes me better about the issues I face. I enjoyed this meme and can relate to it as a busy college student. Some of my friends do not work or do not study and have better grades and more time to socialize than I do. As I relate to Ross, I watch them with envy as I stretch myself to continue to get decent grades and balance work with school and practices. This type of media has always been entertaining to me, and I really enjoy the relatable memes all over the internet. I do not see myself creating any media like this, as I am not as tech-savvy as others who makes these, and do not come up with the material that is usually covered in this type of media.
