Gossiping is GOOD?

The headline of this article is supposed to draw attention from the reader because it is something different from what is inherently normal. We were taught that gossiping is bad and not to talk about others behind their back. It's the 'treat others as you want to be treated' idea and misinformation can be spread that way. Anyone who knows this but chooses to talk about others anyways will read this headline and feel relieved.

If you stuck around to read the entire article, you'll note that gossiping done to simply share information is perfectly fine. Gossiping to talk about about others on the other hand, is messy. The idea is that if the information cannot be proven true or would upset the other person, do not share it just because you can. With the negative connotation around gossip, I am not sure you can call this "good gossip" gossip anymore.
